Leah Holland Fischer MS, OTR/L
Leah is originally from Raleigh, NC and received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of NC at Chapel Hill. Leah has worked as an occupational therapist since 2002 in a variety of settings, including a brain injury day program and outpatient stroke rehabilitation. To further enhance her clinical practice, Leah completed a two year Low Vision Rehabilitation, Graduate Certificate Program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2015. Leah has since dedicated her practice to those with visual impairments from both age related conditions as well as brain injuries. In her free time, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband and pets, attending church activities, and traveling.
Catherine Holsten MS, OTR/L
Catherine is originally from Atlanta, GA and attended The University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree. She earned a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). While at UAB she became interested in vision rehabilitation and completed the UAB Low Vision Rehabilitation Graduate Certificate Program in 2007. Catherine has had an opportunity to address vision in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. When not working with clients she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.
